Director of Strategic Solutions - Recruitment

 
 

Summary Description:

This position is responsible for new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts. The Director of Strategic Solutions succeeds by engaging and developing relationships with existing customers and potential customers of MMS. This individual must be able to succeed in a competitive landscape and effectively communicate MMS solutions.

Our ideal candidate will:

Meet or exceed yearly established sales goals of assigned sales territory 

  • Be a self starter and someone who enjoys working individually and also collaborating within their team

  • Prospect and nurture self-generated and company-provided leads

  • Listen to customer needs and challenges and consult on appropriate MMS solutions

  • Understand customer goals and objectives

  • Maintain consistent and high outbound volume

  • Develop key client and prospect relationships at multiple levels

  • Pursue and secure meetings/presentations

  • Prepare and present expert proposals

  • Gather market intelligence, staying up to date on industry knowledge and trends

  • Attend trade shows, industry meetings, and seminars 

  • Input all sales activity in conformance with company procedures

  • Travel up to 25%

Required Qualifications: 

EDUCATION: BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration desirable or equivalent in sales experience 

SKILLS: 

  • Excellent communication skills to communicate tangible and abstract ideas verbally and in writing

  • Ability to define client problems and deliver value and solutions

  • Ability to work with MMS production team to meet customers needs

  • PC knowledge/ proficient with: Office 365 and Dynamics 365

  • Exceptional organizational ability as well as the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to function efficiently under stress

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment

  • Innovative, stimulating and motivated individual who enjoys selling

EXPERIENCE: 
Three or more years of selling experience, preferably in the Healthcare Industry 

LOCATION: Scottsdale, AZ or Remote
